“I believe that each of us have all that
we need inside of ourselves to accomplish and overcome anything.
Working together, we can aim to identify and bring to light your
innate resources of strength and spirit to carry you through
your most difficult times.
While it is common to experience
some fear and anxiety when entering a therapeutic relationship,
I have a natural ability to connect and empathize with my
clients in a friendly, non judgmental way, making the process
easier. My approach to therapy is ecclectic, integrative and
goal oriented.
It is mostly driven by what you as
my client, identify as an objective and what you consider a
successful resolution.
I
use a variety of approaches, including, but not limited to,
psychodynamic, CBT (cognitive behavioral), solution focused
brief therapy, HMR (holographic memory resolution for trauma)
subconscious/conscious techniques and DBT (dialectical
behavioral therapy).”
